Golden Rule – Treat others as you would like to be treated

Hello everyone on this God-given day on the planet and a word or more 🙂 on this most important subject – LOVE
I see around me mankind’s many versions of what they or we call love and it seems to change consistently as times change or as it fits our agenda.
God actually commands us to LOVE one another and when trying to figure out what is the meaning of love – why not go to the source of whom created and is true LOVE – God Himself!
When Jesus was here on the planet teaching all God’s ways, He spoke often of love and how we should define it and act on it.
Romans says a lot as to what Jesus taught and to how God wants us to act towards one another!
Romans 13: 8-10 sums up many of Gods commandments in a few words — ” You shall love your neighbor as yourself “
As Jesus tells us – God tells us not to – commit adultery – not to murder – not to steal – not to bear false witness – not to covet – and Jesus tells us that all these can be summed up into one commandment – ” Love your neighbor as yourself “
If we thought about our actions first! and treated others as we would like to be treated, it would eliminate so very many problems in this world of ours and we would have not only a much better and happier world but we also would have a much happier and fulfilling life!

Another thing to think about and ponder is Romans 14: 10-13 this is when Jesus says – why do we judge others and show contempt for our brothers and sisters when we will all be standing in judgment before Jesus and God one day!
I wanted to touch on this subject because of what I see going on in this world of ours and everyone is always trying to give their opinion on what to do or how to solve the world’s problems when God gave us the answer long ago and Jesus came here to try and teach us what His Father said – “Love one another and treat one another as we would like to be loved and treated”
As those who know me would tell Ya – I could go on and on about not stealing or cheating or spreading lies and gossip but this very simple commandment of “loving one another and treating one another as we would like to be treated” covers it all and solves almost all the problems I can think of.
If you watch the news or read the paper of listening to the radio – you know why I wanted to address this issue – the world seems to be losing its mind and the solution to these problems is right in front of us.
I truly believe Satan feeds the flames and enjoys all the turmoil that He can cause but God has the fire extinguisher and all we have to do is follow His advice do not – again do not – follow your own heart and Satans ways and advice!
When the celebrities or the politicians or the media curse and try to get you to do things you know in your heart are wrong and not from God – DON’T do them!
These thoughts and actions come from the evil one and most definitely not from God!

Always go back to Gods direct commandment – To LOVE one another and treat one another as we would like to be loved and treated 🙂
I can promise you one thing today and it comes directly from God – Show and spread Love and you will have a much happier life while here on the planet and when you stand before God come judgment day, God may smile on you 🙂
