I am The Way, The Truth, The Life

A wonderful day and welcome to all 🙂
I wanted to touch on and talk about Jesus a bit today and the message He gave us concerning the way or path to His Father – ” God “
Before we get started — I want to sort of say I’m a bit sorry to all my northern states friends for using a picture with snow or wintery conditions in it — as we are now in our beautiful summer months and we tend not to use the four letter word “snow” for a few months yet 🙂
Anyway — its the message that counts and as a true Minnesotan — sometimes the new winter snow can be very beautiful and calming in a way. Another of Gods creative ways to make the landscape so beautiful !
Back to the message and important part of the post we see in the picture !
First we need to understand as Jesus told us — everything He taught and told us about how we should live and treat each other comes directly from His Father —- everything !
One of the main reasons i thought this to be so very important is the fact that i hear way to often that — ” My preacher said this ” or ” My church says this ” or ” The Pope just came out with a new message or way “
Unless it is what Jesus said and taught its — wrong – wrong and wrong ! Not only wrong but very dangerous when it comes to protecting your soul and following that narrow path to the Father and our gift of a eternal paradise in heaven with the Father and Jesus !
Its one of my biggest problems with the preachers and teachers of this world we live in — if its not in the Word of God and what Jesus taught —- i don’t want to hear it !
Gods Word – the Bible – tells us and warns us several times to watch out for human doctrines and the tickling of the ears as its stated.
Most preachers today remind me of the parent whom wants to be their children’s friend, instead of the parent or the teacher that they should be.
Many are being taught or told, that if they believe in Jesus they will be saved — wrong again — Satan and all His demons know and believe Jesus is real — but their sentence has already been told to us — destruction !
We – you – I – need to study and try our best to do as Jesus taught us ! and only what Jesus taught !
I have to say and can by experience — that its in our heart and desires to follow the wide road to destruction and the preachers whom tell us the things that we want to hear — but not the things we need to hear !
I’m certain that we would all like to re-write the Bible to fit our desires and needs as we see them — but I’m just a telling you that its a — NO — and don’t fall for that desire !
As i’ve stated in previous posts — the life we are living here and now is a test for all of us and the only teacher that knows the answers is Jesus — so why would you listen to anyone else ?
Jesus is the only way to God — Jesus is the only truth — Jesus is the only path to life eternal !
So — when others tell you that this is ok or that the times have changed and God has with them — please DON’T fall for it !
God assures us that He doesn’t change and neither does His Word – ” The Bible “
Remember that everything that Jesus taught is directly from His Father and is as true today as it was when He spoke the words !
When i say life is a test, i’m also saying this as a heart felt and loving warning — we need to study on our own and the excuse that this person said it was ok or my preacher said you changed your ways won’t work as i see it on that day of judgement we all will have.
Jesus gives everyone a big warning on this very subject— PLEASE read Mathew 7: 21-27 here is just one example of those whom say they taught about Jesus but did not !
To me — he’s talking about those i mentioned above.
Like i have said many times in my posts — I’m not doing this to make friends or gain anything but the hope that i can maybe save a soul and help others find and stay on that narrow road to heaven and our Father.
I will never claim to be anything but a sinner trying to stay on the narrow path to God — with all the help i can get from both Jesus and His Father.
The one thing i try to promise, is to stick to the facts of the Bible and not add or subtract anything from Gods Word.
So — please stick with Jesus as He is the Way – the Truth and the path to eternal life
